Bad Democrat

There is something from ’18 to ’22 that overtakes me when I think about the Democratic party, and that’s Instagram. But I didn’t follow any congresspeople on Instagram. It’s my liberal friend base and liberal accounts. I don’t know what it is but I got off Instagram 2 years ago and memory of Instagram in that time frame online absolutely overtakes my thoughts on the Democratic party back then. Is it really that the party was “captured” by the fringe? I don’t know if they are or aren’t the fringe, and I don’t quite know that the posts influenced Democrats’ behavior enough to say that. I just know that their posts captured the party in my psyche.
