Have you ever noticed how Pandora repeats songs a lot? And if you change it to another station you have, it repeats those songs a lot? That type of thing can lock you in time, and indeed, lock you within yourself. I call for an end to all music services who give us that as a result. And that should never be the result of a service you are paying for (when the other results aren’t as well-known, or don’t have as much market clout). Apple is good for when I want to hear a song – less good when I want to hear a new artist play for a variety of songs in an order that makes me want to hear more, or hear them more often.
