Walmart has made a change to its holiday return policy which it announced on August 31 but just made the news, which is that almost all items bought between October 1st and December 31st have until January 31st for the return date instead of the standard 90 day-window. Meaning that if you buy someone a Christmas gift starting October 1st, they will still have until January 31st to return it. There are some exceptions including wireless phones and certain hair dryers.
